EHCN Special Meeting of the Board 9/20/2021 6pm via Zoom
On August 20th, 2021, nine neighbors sent a letter to the EHCN Board of Directors requesting a Special Meeting to convene and hold a Special Meeting so we can make sure the current financial situation is shared and openly discussed. At this meeting, the Board of Directors will be able to help residents understand if/how East Hills will be navigating the tax obligations at hand while still providing support to the neighborhood at large. The Special Meeting is scheduled for Monday September 20th, 2021 6:30-7:30pm via Zoom.

Per EHCN Bylaws 2007
Article VII Association Meetings
Section 2: Special meetings of East Hills may be called by the Board of Directors or it's Chairperson, and shall be called upon the written request of nine (9) members of East Hills who are not Directors. The purpose of such meetings shall be stated in the call. Except in cases of emergency, at least seven (7) days notice shall be given of such meetings. Notice to all members shall be in writing and every effort shall be made to inform all members of East Hills of such meetings.
Article VII-Parliamentary Authority
The rules contained in the current edition of Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised shall govern East Hills, it's Board of Directors and its committees, in all cases to which they are applicable and in which they are not consistent with these Bylaws and any special rules of order which East Hills , its Board of Directors and its committees may adopt.
