Sing Song Yoga® is a kids’ musical yoga program in which song lyrics instruct children how to get into the poses. Classes include yoga poses, yoga-based activities and books, and the songs tie it all together. All parents are more than welcome to join. Parents of children under 6 are asked to participate with their children for a richer experience.
